Les membres de l’UMR Diade sont fortement impliqués dans l’enseignement supérieur et la formation, avec plus de 1 000 heures dispensées par an, au Nord comme au Sud.
We are particularly engaged with the University of Montpellier, one of our institutions with two associate professors, two full professors, and a junior professor chair affiliated with the University.
Members of the unit are notably co-coordinators of the specializations “Biotechnologies and Improvement of Tropical Plants” (BAPT) and “Plant Biology for Agro-environment” (BiPa) within the Master’s programme “Biology and Agrosciences”.
The unit is also involved in the Gaïa doctoral school, with responsibility for the “Integrative Biology, Diversity and Improvement of Plants” (BIDAP) department.
Through our collaborations with countries of the Global South, we also carry out numerous training activities abroad.
Researchers and engineers from the unit contribute as trainers and also as (co-)coordinators of teaching modules.
Our training activities target students from undergraduate to PhD level. We are also involved in researcher schools, as well as in training programmes for professionals (such as system administrators) and for stakeholders from civil society.
