I am an assistant engineer in analytical chemistry, on an apprenticeship contract. I am involved in research work on the chemical diversity of oil palms, particularly on the biosynthesis of lipids (carotenoids, fatty acids, tocopherols) as part of the VitaSPEC project.

Chevreau Julien

After completing a master’s degree in genetics, epigenetics and evolution, I decided to pursue a career in bioinformatics. Currently alternating between the University of Rouen Normandy and the IRD, I am working in pangenomics to develop a method for augmenting pangenome graphs from unassembled sequencing data.
