The i-Trop bioinformatics platform is shared between two plant research units (DIADE, PHIM) and two health research units (MIVEGEC, TRANSVIHMI). It is an IT and support infrastructure that enables the development of new bioinformatics tools and analyses for more than 200 users working on over 100 research projects.

i-Trop received ISO 9001:2015 certification for the provision of IT resources in 2021, renewed in 2024. Thanks to this recognition, i-Trop has also become a member of the National Bioinformatics Infrastructure (IFB).
