My research aims to enhance our understanding of non-coding gene regulation. To this end, we develop tools to combine natural variation and genomics data (Cistrome analysis, Transcriptomics, DNA methylation, histone modifications) to identify functional variants related to abiotic stress responses and developmental phase transitions. This approach allows us to identify candidate regions for crop improvement in the context of climate change.
