I am an agronomist specializing in integrated pest management in coffee farming systems. I have extensive experience in Latin America (Mexico, Central America, and Brazil).
I am currently the scientific director of the multisectoral ECOFFEE initiative, which aims to reduce pesticide use in coffee cultivation. This initiative, launched in 2020, is being developed in partnership with coffee industry players and various public research organizations..
