I study the structure and evolution of (pan)genomes under the influence of evolutionary forces and anthropisation, particularly in rice, to understand the impact of domestication on wild and cultivated genomes.
I coordinate and lead bioinformatics training courses in the North and South (plateau i-Trop, South Green, ISI network). I am also involved in the Montpellier Bioinformatics Master’s programme and co-director of the International Certificate in Bioinformatics and Genomics (CIBiG).
