As a systems engineer, I am responsible for the i-Trop shared bioinformatics platform. Through this ISO 9001-certified platform, I provide computing resources to scientists from four joint research units and their partners, and train them in their use for bioinformatics analyses. My work also involves supporting partners in the Global South in the deployment of local computing infrastructures.
