IRD

Trained in molecular genetics and physiology, I worked on transposable elements (TEs) during my PhD at INRA. My postdoctoral research in Helsinki focused on the mechanics and evolution of TEs.
Currently at IRD, I study pangenomic modifications during specification/domestication, particularly TEs, using graph approaches. I also currently coordinate IRD’s efforts in AI and digital technology..
