As a bioinformatics engineer, I support projects on plant diversity and adaptation. Specializing in genome reconstruction and reference-free analysis, I develop innovative methods based on sequencing data. I promote open and reproducible tools, provide training in both the North and South, and co-manage the i-Trop platform’s computing cluster.
