My activities focus on technical development and the design of methodological approaches for analyzing genetic and species diversity. I work as a biological engineer in the field, in the laboratory, and in the area of data processing and analysis (bioinformatics). I have expertise in new high-throughput sequencing technologies and in the analysis of biodiversity based on environmental DNA.
