My current research focuses on 1) the modification of meiotic recombination through structural variation in genomes, 2) genotype imputation, and 3) the bypass of sterility in O. sativa x O. glaberrima hybrids.
Previously, I created a NAM rice population, interspecific CSSL libraries of wild rice, and iBridges for African-Asian rice. I have also studied the genetic basis of numerous rice traits.
