I am responsible for managing the in vitro culture laboratory, including:
• maintenance of all laboratory equipment (ultrapure water production systems, autoclaves, etc.);
• management of the four culture rooms;
• technical oversight of the facility;
• waste management and disposal;
• procurement and purchasing.
I also contribute to several research projects on oil palm, focusing on cell multiplication, plant regeneration, acclimatization in phytotrons, and greenhouse cultivation.
