{"id":13681,"date":"2025-12-03T10:39:12","date_gmt":"2025-12-03T09:39:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.umr-diade.fr\/seminaire\/raphael-lugan-universite-de-montpellier\/"},"modified":"2026-02-24T11:23:21","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T10:23:21","slug":"raphael-lugan-university-of-montpellier","status":"publish","type":"seminaire","link":"https:\/\/www.umr-diade.fr\/en\/seminaire\/raphael-lugan-university-of-montpellier\/","title":{"rendered":"Raphael Lugan (University of Montpellier)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Investigating<\/b><b> the <\/b><b>metabolic<\/b> <b>prints<\/b> <b>ruling<\/b><b> plant <\/b><b>physiology<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Less advanced than other \u201comics\u201d techniques and still poised to improve over the coming years, metabolomics has nevertheless become a fundamental tool in the study of biosystems over the past 20 years.<br \/>\nUsing several cases from my own research, I will outline the possibilities offered by metabolomics in plant physiology, both in targeted hypothesis-driven approaches and in more exploratory and systemic data-driven studies.
