It meets once a month to discuss the implementation of actions addressing three interconnected themes: ecological transition, ethics, and diversity and inclusion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The group\u2019s objectives are to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>gather and share available information and existing initiatives related to these three themes;<\/li>\n<li>generate knowledge about the environmental and social impacts of the unit\u2019s research;<\/li>\n<li>coordinate actions undertaken within the unit and with other entities (other research units, IRD, University of Montpellier,
